A fitness coach since 2021, he qualified in 2023 with a BPJEPS diploma specialising in Strength and Weightlifting, a course that has shaped his approach, which is both demanding and precise.
His career has seen him provide personal training to basketball players, coach at a CrossFit box, and work with companies on issues relating to musculoskeletal disorders.
At Front de Seine, he enjoys Cross TRX, RPM and Balance, formats that allow him to combine intensity, technique and quality of movement.
Outside of coaching, he recharges his batteries through reading, board games and travel. For him, sport is a powerful tool for feeling good in one’s body, gaining confidence and building a genuine discipline in life.
