The three sports axes
of Front de Seine

At Front de Seine, we offer three training axes, three levels of coaching.

First of all, Open Gym,the base level.

Secondly, one or two weekly Team Training sessions which will produce exceptional results.

Finally, hit top speed with one Personal Training session per week.

From the very first session Front de Seine guarantees a full initial programme for every level of fitness, we identify your needs and define the strategy.

Orientation (before joining)

During your first appointment with our sports consultant you will define together an action plan, your objectives and training activities, according to your availability and your budget.

AUDIT 360° (optional - after joining)

Your first training session, accompanied by your consultant : corporal analysis with TANITA, physical tests, elaboration of your personal training plan around our three axes, the programming of your sessions and the settings of Front de Seine’s apps and Polar.

WORKSHOP 1

Your first personalized appointment with your coach to create your personal Open Gym program and be guided through this typical session during your first steps at Front de Seine.

MUSCU RENEW

After several weeks, renew your bodybuilding routine to continue improving, diversifying your training by increasing the intensity and complexity of your practice.

Open Gym. Free training, as often and whenever you want.

From the start and your first three appointments with our coaches you will gradually become autonomous in your training.

Team Training. An efficient training method in small groups of ten around a coach.

You will never feel out of place. You will never feel abandoned. There will always be a coach present for you. Our Polar heart-rate captors will help you to optimise your training.

We have 13 Team Training modules which give you variety of activity, and help you obtain the specific results you are looking for.

Front de Seine’s Personal Training is the best training you can find.

To take it to the next level you can have the services of a personal coach for extra sessions of Open Gym or Team Training once or twice a week.
