The most ambitious among you can add one or two weekly sessions with a personal coach to your Open Gym and Team Training activities.

On top of your basic subscription, you can take a Personal Training card which gives you access to the advice of a personal coach and any of our two personal training programmes.

PT ONE private sessions are Front de Seine’s most complete and precise training sessions.

It’s one on one, with your coach, who will define the training programme to complement your Team Training and Open Gym activities.

Right from the start your training plan will be clearly defined, as will your objectives and the methods you will use.

PT OSTEO : a complete osteopathic and active recovery programme at Front de Seine.


Our experts are there to prevent injuries and to keep you in top health, for your training, your squash, and all the rest of your life.
