Bio

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, she trained as a coach, qualifying with a BPJEPS AF, and has been working in the field since 2022. Since then, she has been supporting her clients through personal training and small group sessions, with a focus on strength training, cross-training and boxing.

At Front de Seine, her favourite group classes are Balance and RPM. A sports enthusiast at heart, her favourite discipline remains boxing.

For her, sport is essential for maintaining good health, building self-confidence and feeling good both mentally and physically.
