Bio

After completing a Master’s degree in Sales Management, he switched careers to become a coach and obtained a BPJEPS qualification specialising in Weightlifting and Bodybuilding, before starting to practise in 2024.

At Front de Seine, his favourite Team Training sessions are Workshop 3 / Balance, WOD and HYROX, formats that perfectly align with his vision of sport: helping everyone to push themselves and understand that, with the right session, anything is possible.
