Bio

After completing a dual degree in Sports Science in 2018, Raoul went on to obtain a BPJEPS AF qualification in 2022. He began his career at a CrossFit gym, where he was in charge of the WODs and functional strength classes.

Outside of Front de Seine, his favourite sports are running and football. Curious and open-minded, he also enjoys travelling and reading.

For him, sport plays an essential role: it brings balance and a sense of well-being, both physically and mentally.
