Interval training alternates phases of high intensity activity with active recovery. Results are guarenteed !

BOOTCAMP, a training group of 15 people plus the coach, is Front de Seine’s outdoor Cross Training challenge. It’s a group session of cardio and strength training. Using your own body weight to strengthen your body, increase your stamina and improve your respiration.
HIIT FORCE, a small training group of 10 people plus the coach, is a high intensity interval strength session, a real challenge. Thanks to the alternance of high intensity activity with active recovery, all the while carrying weights, you will develop muscle, burn fat, increase stamina and improve your general form.

Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, Front de Seine welcomes you every day from 6:45 am to 11:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, from 6:45 am to 10:30 pm on Fridays and from 9 am to 8:30 pm on weekends.
