Spinning Club
Suitable for everybody, indoor cycling is a great way to improve your form quickly and efficiently.
A great way to increase your energy and stamina, and improve your respiration, with no ground impact to put your back or joints in danger.
You burn 700 calories per session, eliminating fat and improving your cardio-respiratory and -vascular capacities in a minimum of time.
SPRINT, a small training group of 12 people plus the coach, is the upper level of Spinning Club. Inspired by the training of cycling’s top sprinters, propulse your metabolism into a new dimension ! A method which alternates short periods of intense effort with active recovery.

Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, Front de Seine welcomes you every day from 6:45 am to 11:15 pm from Monday to Thursday, from 6:45 am to 10:15 pm on Fridays and from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm on weekends.
