In these Team Trainings you will work on suppleness, stretching, improved body posture and balance.

 



ABCORE, a small training group of 12 people plus the coach, reinforces your abdominals and gluteals, improving your core strength and balance. Also a good way to avoid sports injuries.

BALANCE, a small training group of 12 people plus the coach, is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Taï Chi. This deep muscular reinforcement will help you increase mobility, correct muscular imbalance, improve recovery and relax tension.

PILATES, a small training group of 12 people plus the coach, is functional training suitable for everybody. It’s a harmonious method to work all parts of the body, to gain strength and improve balance and respiration, a true tonic for your body.
